SoDisrespectful, So Incredible

A very big thank you to everyone in Montreal who came out to see SoDisrespectful tear up the stage, two nights in a row, at Jello Martini Lounge!

The band is in love with Montreal, and had an amazing time! If you didn’t get a chance to catch them, don’t worry. They’ll be returning to rock Jello again for Jazz Fest!

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this possible, all those sleepless nights definitely paid off.

Thanks to Jello Martini Lounge, SoDisrespectful, Toni Menage, and Monifah!

Thank you HBM team.

And thank you Irene for not blowing or flooding us away.

Have a great day :)

Montreal

No sleep…no matter which city or country we’re in.

Bilkis and I are here on Day 2 of our trip, and we’re taking a little time out from walking around to catch our breath. Last night we hit up Jello Bar to see Alan Prater. Wooo! I had heard a lot about this charismatic stage wonder, but seeing and hearing him in person beats the pants off of youtube videos. After the show we got a chance to chat with him, and my my, what a charmer ;-) We’re definitely looking forward to linking up with him again.

I have to say we had a blast last night, dancing to the live music of the crazy band, and the tunes DJ Eric the Tutor was spinning. He’s going to be in NYC soon @ La Pomme, if you can catch him, you will be on your feet and smiling all night long.

I could go on and on, but let me summarize:

Food. Awesome.

Music. Incredible.

People. Fabulous.

…why aren’t you on your way up here?

Nikki

Mike and I!

Even with everyone gone to the incredible Jazz festival in Montreal this week, Mike and I have been doing our best to keep The Breeding Ground alive and filling it with our music!  Missing Tariq, Nikki, and Bilkis though so hope they are having as much fun as possible.
