Heat Strokeee!
If hell was anything like NYC in the summer, then I think I’ll pass. This past week has been one of the hottest weeks I’ve ever experienced since being back to India. India is a tab bit hotter but WAY more humid, especially during Monsoon season. It literally feels like you are walking through a sheet of water, and the heat makes things even more unbearable. NYC is almost exact like New Delhi in the summer!

Omg. It is so hot outside.
Anis came in half melted lol. He told me that school field trips were canceled because of the heat. That’s crazy! Thank goodness for the office. We’re nice and cool here as we discover new music and talk about the different people we’d like to see live. There is so much good music out there!
A sad note: We’re going to miss Bilkis. In fact, we’re missing her already.

Oh insomnia…must have something to do with the scorcher of a day it’s supposed to be here in NYC. Hotter than yesterday, which I hear was pretty unbearable…sometimes it’s good to work underground :)

Wow! So it was scorching hot outside yesterday. Kinda reminded me of my summer in India. It was literally the temperature I cooked my meatballs in when I worked as a cook. Thank goodness the studio is in the basement! Basement=cool

I turned on the TV this morning to check the weather, thinking it was going to be nice and cool like the past few days. Boy was I wrong! Upper nineties for the next couple days! Oh well, it’s not gonna keep me from some sweet soul music.
